Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Measure out white chocolate and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at medium power for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
  2. Dip the bottom of one marshmallow into the melted chocolate, then stack two additional marshmallows on top using the chocolate as glue.
  3. Drizzle more melted white chocolate over the marshmallow tower until thoroughly coated. Lift to let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  4. While the chocolate is wet, attach candy eyes to the marshmallows and let them sit on a parchment-lined tray for 10-15 minutes to set.
