- Measure out white chocolate and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at medium power for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
- Dip the bottom of one marshmallow into the melted chocolate, then stack two additional marshmallows on top using the chocolate as glue.
- Drizzle more melted white chocolate over the marshmallow tower until thoroughly coated. Lift to let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
- While the chocolate is wet, attach candy eyes to the marshmallows and let them sit on a parchment-lined tray for 10-15 minutes to set.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the marshmallows and draw facial features with the black edible marker for added character.
