Step-by-Step Instructions for Grape Agua Fresca
- Gather all ingredients: 4 cups of fresh grapes, 2 cups of cold water, 1/4 cup of sugar (or honey), and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- In your blender, add the grapes and cold water. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into your pitcher, pressing down on the pulp to extract juice.
- Stir in the sugar or honey and lime juice into the strained grape juice until fully dissolved.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, stir gently and serve over ice, garnished with lime wedges or grape slices.
