Mousse Preparation
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes. Combine pudding, milk, and cream in the bowl and beat until thick and stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Set mousse aside for assembly.
Assembly
- Spoon mousse into 9 oz cups, filling two-thirds full. Tap cups on counter to remove air bubbles.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Gravestone Preparation
- Melt black candy melts in microwave using 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate into gravestone mold and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until set.
Dusting Gravestones
- Remove gravestones from mold and apply edible pearl dust for a shimmery effect.
Finishing Touch
- Top mousse cups with crumbled brownie to resemble soil and insert decorated gravestones.
- Add chocolate-covered raisins as decorative rocks if desired.
