Ingredients
  

For the Mousse
  • 1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Use for the creamiest texture
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream Whipped until stiff peaks form
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Crumpled Brownie Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Black Candy Melts Or substitute with dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil Optional for melting consistency
  • 1 cup Chocolate-Covered Raisins Optional decorative rocks
  • 1 teaspoon Edible Pearl Dust For shimmering gravestones

Method
 

Mousse Preparation
  1. Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes. Combine pudding, milk, and cream in the bowl and beat until thick and stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Set mousse aside for assembly.
Assembly
  1. Spoon mousse into 9 oz cups, filling two-thirds full. Tap cups on counter to remove air bubbles.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Gravestone Preparation
  1. Melt black candy melts in microwave using 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into gravestone mold and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until set.
Dusting Gravestones
  1. Remove gravestones from mold and apply edible pearl dust for a shimmery effect.
Finishing Touch
  1. Top mousse cups with crumbled brownie to resemble soil and insert decorated gravestones.
  2. Add chocolate-covered raisins as decorative rocks if desired.
