Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop the bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Add to the cooled pasta along with feta and olives.
  3. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until emulsified.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and veggies, and gently toss to combine, distributing feta and olives evenly.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors before serving.
