Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (204°C). Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and optional paprika. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest, then slice.
  2. In a steaming basket, steam the broccoli florets for 4–5 minutes until bright green and just tender. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice. Gradually whisk in water until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Divide cooked brown rice (or quinoa) among four bowls. Layer sliced grilled chicken over the rice, top with steamed broccoli, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
