Marinate the Chicken

Grill the Chicken
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 4 minutes per side, brushing with reserved marinade after flipping until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

- Toss cucumbers, peaches, cilantro, and mint in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and reserved marinade. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
