For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used as a milder option
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Fresh thyme recommended
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Red Chili Flakes Can be omitted
For the Finish
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent.
  3. Introduce 2 diced potatoes and 1 chopped bell pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.
  4. Push veggies to the side, add 1 pound of ground turkey in the center, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, salt, pepper, and optional red chili flakes. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in a handful of chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot.
