Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. In a large measuring cup, combine ½ cup of the boiling water with honey, if using, stirring until fully dissolved. Then, add the white tea bag and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- After the initial steeping period, add ½ cup of ice directly into the tea mixture. Allow the tea to steep for an additional 10 minutes while the ice melts slightly.
- In a spacious pitcher, combine the chilled tea, 1 cup of guava juice, and the freshly squeezed lemon juice from ¼ to ½ a lemon, depending on your taste preference. Stir the mixture well.
- Prepare your serving glasses by filling them with ice cubes. Pour the freshly mixed iced Guava White Tea Lemonade over the ice.

Notes
For stronger flavor, use two tea bags. Store leftovers in a covered pitcher in the fridge for up to 3 days. Adjust sweetness to taste before serving.
