- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Slice each Italian sub roll in half lengthwise, making a hinge. Place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter and mix with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture on the cut sides of each roll.
- Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add mozzarella cheese followed by provolone cheese on top of the meats.
