  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning or fresh herbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika or smoked paprika

  • 1 cup Beef Broth or Water for moisture
  • 1/4 cup Milk optional for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes over the beef mixture in the baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the potatoes, then add beef broth around the edges.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
