- Gently fold in the melted white chocolate, then add chopped pistachios and eggs; mix until well blended.
- Pour the creamy filling over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until set around the edges but with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool in the oven with the door cracked for about 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
