Method
 

Prepare the Bites

  2. Spoon the mixture into molds, pack well, and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave in 20-second bursts until smooth.
  4. Dip frozen yogurt bites in melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes to harden the chocolate.
  6. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
