  • 2 bags Black Tea Bags Or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea.
  • 1.5 cups Water Divided; use filtered water for best flavor.
For the Mango Purée
  • 1 cup Ripe Mango Fresh mango provides natural sweetness.
For Sweetening
  • 2 tbsp Honey Feel free to adjust or swap for agave nectar.
For Serving
  • Ice Ice Consider using frozen tea or mango juice cubes to prevent dilution.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 cup of water and steep 2 black tea bags for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, stir in 2 tablespoons of honey, and let cool.
  3. Blend 1 ripe mango with ½ cup of water until smooth.
  4. Strain the mango mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Fill glasses with ice, pour in tea, and top with mango purée.
  6. Garnish with a slice of fresh mango and serve immediately.
