Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centers remain slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
