- Pat the pork ribs dry and coat with sesame oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, pineapple juice, minced ginger, and minced garlic.
- Apply the sauce generously on both sides of the ribs and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Bake the marinated ribs on the baking sheets for 3 to 4 hours, rotating every hour.
- Check the ribs for doneness after 3 hours and continue baking if necessary.
- Let the ribs rest on a cutting board for about 10 minutes before slicing.
