Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon of matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Dice 3 fresh strawberries and mash them with sugar or honey until juicy and well-combined.
  3. In the strawberry mixture, add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until the foam thickens.
  4. Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes, pour in 1 cup of milk, then drizzle the prepared matcha on top.
  5. Scoop the strawberry cold foam and dollop it over the matcha latte.
