Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by melting your chocolates, starting with the white chocolate chips. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat this process for the dark and milk chocolate chips in separate bowls.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip one-third of each giant pretzel into the white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Dip another third into dark chocolate, and then coat the remaining pretzels in milk chocolate.
- While the chocolate is still warm and wet, place three edible eyes on each coated pretzel. Lay the decorated pretzels on the parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring no two pretzels touch each other.
- Allow the chocolate-covered Halloween pretzels to set at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens completely. Once set, carefully peel each pretzel off the parchment paper and transfer them to an airtight container.
