Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until fluffy, then mix in milk, oil, and Baileys.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
  7. For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together, then add vanilla.
  8. Once cooled, frost the cake with cream cheese frosting and serve.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
