Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan by lightly greasing it.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl until crumbly. Press mix into the bottom of the springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in the zest and juice of the oranges.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and fold it into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the chocolate cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Once set, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top and add fresh orange slices for garnishing before slicing and serving.
