- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange the salted mini pretzel twists in a single layer in the lined baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine salted butter, brown sugar, and heavy cream. Stir constantly until it boils (about 4 minutes). Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Return to the oven for 1 more minute.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly over the toffee and sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate to set for about 1 hour.
