Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine chocolate brownie mix with melted unsalted butter in a bowl, stir until smooth. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, cool in the pan.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet, add chopped kataifi and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.
  3. Layer crispy kataifi on cooled brownie base, pressing down slightly to adhere.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Stir in milk chocolate chips and pistachio cream until smooth.
  5. Pour ganache over kataifi layer and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
