Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine chocolate brownie mix with melted unsalted butter in a bowl, stir until smooth. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, cool in the pan.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet, add chopped kataifi and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.
- Layer crispy kataifi on cooled brownie base, pressing down slightly to adhere.
- In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Stir in milk chocolate chips and pistachio cream until smooth.
- Pour ganache over kataifi layer and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
