Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, minced garlic, and chopped herbs until evenly distributed.
  2. Pour warm water and olive oil into the dry ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  4. Transfer the bowl to the refrigerator for overnight fermentation.
  5. Preheat your Dutch oven in a cold oven to 450°F for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Lightly flour a clean surface and gently turn out the dough, shaping it into a round loaf.
  7. Place the shaped loaf on parchment paper, brushing with olive oil and sprinkling generously with coarse salt.
  8. Lower the dough into the preheated Dutch oven and cover with the lid. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
