Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, cook 4-6 slices of bacon over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Sauté the chopped yellow onion in the remaining bacon grease for 3-4 minutes, then add the chopped button mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  5. Pour in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until well combined and creamy.
  6. Gently fold in 2 cans of drained cut green beans until fully coated with the mixture.
