  • 1 can Dulce de Leche Can make at home.
  • 1 cup Coarsely Chopped Macadamia Nuts Substitute with almonds or pecans if desired.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan by greasing or lining it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened coconut flakes, dulce de leche, and chopped macadamia nuts, mixing until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 24 portions, packing tightly in muffin cups or drop onto lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet or muffin pan.
