  • 2 cups Mixed Berries Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce Optional
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios Optional for garnish
  • Red and Green Sprinkles Optional
  • Fresh Mint Leaves Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut your vanilla or pound cake into 1-inch cubes and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In mini trifle glasses, layer with a heaping tablespoon of cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add a generous dollop of vanilla custard or pudding, smoothing it out for an even layer.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the custard.
  5. Spoon on a thick layer of whipped cream, covering the berries completely.
  6. Repeat layering with more cake, custard, berries, and whipped cream until cups are full.
  7. Top with chopped pistachios and colorful sprinkles. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
