  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Your favorite type
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or gouda
  • 1-2 slices Deli Ham Thinly sliced
  • few Baby Lettuce Leaves
For the Bread
  • 3 slices Crustless White Bread Any preferred type can be used

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of your favorite mustard. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay out 3 slices of crustless white bread flat on a cutting board. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over each piece.
  3. Layer two slices of cheddar cheese on one slice, followed by 1-2 slices of deli ham and a few baby lettuce leaves.
  4. Cover with a second slice of bread and repeat the layering process.
  5. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
