Method
 

Cooking Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Adjust hot sauce according to your spice preference.
