Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes Peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Olive Oil For frying
  • 1 tbsp Salt To season
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce Base for the spicy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika For flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Enhances the sauce
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper For extra heat
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar Adds acidity

Method
 

Potato Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil and salt.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and white vinegar.
  2. Heat over medium heat until warm and well combined, about 5 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Once the potatoes are crispy, remove them from the oven and drizzle with the spicy sauce.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with additional paprika if desired.
