- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil and salt.
- Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and vinegar. Heat until warmed through.
- Once the potatoes are done, drizzle them with the spicy sauce and serve immediately.
