Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix in butter until crumbly.
  3. Peel and slice the peaches into thin wedges and toss with brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping over it.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream.
