Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F, or set your air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly to create rounds, about 3 inches in diameter.
- On each flattened piece, place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center.
- Pinch the edges of each dough round together to seal, then roll each filled ball between your palms for a smooth shape.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm, ideally with a side of marinara or ranch for dipping.
