Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Moisten the rim of your cocktail glass with water or Irish cream, then dip it into crushed cookies mixed with sugar.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Irish cream and 0.5 oz of chocolate liqueur. Add ice cubes.
  3. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
