- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 cups of all-purpose or bread flour, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, and 1.5 teaspoons of salt until well combined. Gradually pour in 1.5 cups of lukewarm water and stir until a shaggy, sticky dough forms.
