- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, whole milk, melted butter, and egg whites. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely in the pan.
- Mix evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and half and half in a bowl for the soaking mixture.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the soaking mixture over it. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Chill mixing bowl and beaters, then whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cake and top with sliced strawberries before serving.
