Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large ziplock bag, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Seal the bag and shake well.
  2. Carefully add your chicken pieces to the bag, ensuring they are fully submerged in the marinade. Seal the bag tightly.
  3. Place the sealed bag in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature, around 400°F (200°C). Remove the chicken from the marinade.
  5. Place the marinated chicken on the hot grill, cooking for about 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the grilled chicken to a plate and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
