  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken or Beans Black beans are a fantastic vegetarian option.
  • 1 cup Sautéed Bell Peppers or Spinach Feel free to mix in any preferred cooked vegetable.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut two pumpkin shapes from each 8-inch flour tortilla using a pumpkin cookie cutter. Set aside your cut tortillas.
  2. Carefully carve fun faces into half of the pumpkin-shaped tortillas using a sharp knife.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles upon contact.
  4. Place an uncut tortilla into the skillet. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over it, then place a carved tortilla face-down on top.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and edges turn golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Repeat the process with remaining tortillas, ensuring even cooking.
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauces like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
