  • to taste pepper Important for seasoning.

Equipment

  • Pot
  • medium bowl
  • sharp knife
  • Serving tray
  • Airtight container
  • toothpick

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by peeling and pitting 1 ripe avocado. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with the juice of half a lemon or lime, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place 6 large eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water by an inch. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover the pot and remove it from heat. Allow the eggs to sit for 9-10 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Once cooled, peel the eggs gently.
  3. Carefully slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise, using the bottom halves as buns for the sliders, placing them cut-side up on a serving tray.
  4. On each bottom half of the egg, layer a slice of cheddar cheese followed by half a slice of crispy cooked bacon. Ensure the cheese slightly melts over the warm bacon.
  5. Add a generous dollop of the prepared avocado mixture on top of the bacon layers on each slider, spreading it evenly.
  6. Place the top halves of the hard-boiled eggs over the filled bottoms, pressing down gently. Use a toothpick to hold the sliders together for stability.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle a little more salt and pepper on top of each assembled slider. Serve fresh for the best taste.
