  2. Cook the frozen broccoli florets according to package instructions or microwave fresh broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked broccoli, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, and crushed garlic. Stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese and fresh baby spinach until well mixed.
