Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Prepare the sauce by whisking together gochujang, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  6. Coat the baked meatballs with the sauce in a mixing bowl.
  7. Return the coated meatballs to the oven for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Optional: Broil for an extra 2 minutes for crispy edges.
