  2. Continue blending until it reaches a creamy consistency, which should take another 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste your pudding and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend for an additional 10-15 seconds after adjusting.
  4. Transfer the pudding into serving bowls or individual containers. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors and texture.
