- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your workstation.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
- Incorporate diced carrot and diced celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Pour in heavy cream and stock, simmer for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Add lobster meat and frozen peas, fold gently and simmer for another 5 minutes.
