  • 1 cup Baba Ganoush consider roasted red pepper hummus as a fabulous alternative
Flatbreads
  • 4 pieces Flatbreads store-bought or homemade
Fresh Vegetables
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables (Carrots, Cucumber, Bell Peppers) use seasonal veggies you love
Flavor Enhancements
  • 1 cup Olives choose your favorite variety, or omit if needed
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese swap for vegan alternative if preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil avocado oil is a great substitute
  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt adjust to personal taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Dips by placing them in small bowls and allowing them to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Slice the Vegetables and arrange them on the cutting board or platter.
  3. Warm the Flatbreads in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the Brunch Board by placing dips, veggies, and flatbreads on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle flaky sea salt over the board.
