Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the whole wheat pita bread on a baking tray and cut into wedges. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes until warmed and slightly crispy.
  2. Spoon generous portions of creamy hummus and tangy tzatziki sauce into small serving bowls and place them in the center of your serving platter.
  3. Arrange roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, and cucumber slices around the dips. Add halved cherry tomatoes for a vibrant touch.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the platter and chop fresh parsley to scatter on top.
