  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste or diced tomatoes in a pinch
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth or vegetable broth
For the Tacos
  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas or corn tortillas for gluten-free
  • 1 cup Cheese Blend your favorite cheese
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion diced, can be omitted
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped, omit if not a fan
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 pieces Lime cut into wedges
