Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix, and ½ cup of crumbled cooked bacon using a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Scoop out approximately 1 inch of the cheese mixture, roll it into small balls, and place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Aim to create about 12-15 balls.
  3. Roll each cheese ball in additional shredded cheddar cheese to coat and place them back on the baking sheet.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Once chilled, remove cheese balls from the refrigerator. Press pieces of carrots into the front of each ball for beaks and place slices of black olives on each ball for eyes.
  6. Arrange the finished Mini Chicks Cheese Balls on a colorful platter and enjoy!
