  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen, do not thaw

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar, then add yogurt, eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
