Steps

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; add vanilla extract and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour until slightly lumpy, avoiding overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with banana slices if desired.
