  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley For garnish

  • Oven
  • Loaf Pan
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper, pour in the whole milk, and mix gently.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly and thick enough for uniform cooking.
  4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until firm and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then stir in additional Parmesan and chopped parsley.
  6. After baking, brush the garlic-Parmesan glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing, garnishing with extra chopped parsley, and serving with your favorite sides.
