  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese can substitute with Colby Jack or Monterey Jack
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed can substitute with crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted to mix with crushed crackers

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter, then sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
