- Begin by gathering all your ingredients for the No-Bake Weetbix Slice. In a food processor, combine 75g of Weetbix, pitted dates, sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and honey.
- Pulse the ingredients in the food processor for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides, ensuring an even blend.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Spread the baking paper evenly along the base and sides.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Transfer the blended mix into the prepared loaf tin. Press it down firmly and evenly across the base.
- Drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the top of the pressed mixture.
- Place the assembled slice in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, remove the No-Bake Weetbix Slice from the tin using the overhanging baking paper. Slice into 16 pieces.
