  3. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C) about 20 minutes before cooking.
  4. Remove cod from marinade, letting excess drip off, and grill or bake for 6-8 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer cooked fillets to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
